This site is operated by Grocery Post Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 12560781, whose registered office is 269 Archway Road, London N6 5BT. You can reach us at hello@grocerypost.com. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Using this site
You may use this site for personal, lawful purposes: reading about our stores, finding our locations and opening hours, looking at roles we are advertising, and getting in touch. You may not use it in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation, or that attempts to gain access to systems or data you have no right to.
Accuracy
We take care to keep opening hours, addresses, job listings and other details correct, but they can change at short notice. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and we would always suggest checking with us before making a special journey.
Jobs and enquiries
Job listings are advertisements, not offers of employment. Submitting an application or an enquiry does not create a contract between us, and we may withdraw a listing at any time.
Our content
The design, photography, illustration, text and branding on this site belong to Grocery Post Limited or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written agreement. You are welcome to link to the site.
Other sites
Where we link to third parties — Deliveroo for delivery, Square for our Postcard loyalty scheme, Google Maps for directions, and our Instagram and Facebook accounts — we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
