Slow cooked grass pastured British beef ragu with tomatoes, red wine and oregano, layered with pasta and creamy, nutmeg-flecked béchamel sauce with a sprinkling of mature Cheddar cheese. Keep refrigerated 0–5˚C. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase, use within one month. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
