Navarrico alubias haricot beans will give you healthy Spanish meals in minutes. These quality beans are ready-to-eat straight from the jar, so all you need to do is drain them.
For a satisfying summer salad, mix drained, rinsed haricot beans with diced tomatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, black olives and roughly chopped mint and parsley. Alternately, warm through to make a hearty bean stew with tomatoes, potatoes, spinach and chorizo, or even blend until smooth with olive oil and garlic to make a creamy white bean dip.
The alubias haricot beans are grown in Ávila‎ near Madrid. Then they’re taken to Navarre at the foot of the Pyrenees where El Navarrico cook them to perfection before packing the beans in jars.
