In most places, pudding is an afterthought. At The Pudding Stop, the afters are definitely no afterthought - every gooey mix, stir, dollop and drizzle is dedicated to bringing you better puddings, handmade by a passionate and hardworking team.

The Pudding Stop started life back in 2011, when the Pudmobile (a small van, jam-packed with freshly made puddings) parked up at St Albans Station.

Home to a dedicated and passionate team of bakers, baristas and servers, the little shop has become a much loved venue for the local community.

The baker's mitt represents the handmade values they have had since day one. Everything they bake is handmade every day, from scratch, with care and with no shortcuts – from hand rolled morning pastries and hand filled doughnuts, to big batches of hand stirred pudding batter.
