London Smoke & Cure was founded in 2015 by Ross Mitchell who was quickly accompanied by Jamie Beevor. They’re now joined by a wonderful team of smokers, curers and innovators. Wherever possible they source from short supply chains so they can build a relationship with the supplier and trust in the ingredients they use. Heritage pork, cured with simple salts and botanicals and dry-aged. There are four reasons why their multi-award winning bacon leaves a lasting impression.
